All first-time riders under the age of 16 who wish to obtain a race licence must first undertake a 5 hour motorcycle assessment program which will include a practical riding assessment and a multiple choice theory test. Successful completion of these 2 tests will form the rider’s competency to obtain a licence.
Seniors that wish to race will need to first do the start out test and have it marked by an accredited coach or official. Please see Motorcycling NSW's website for details.
