Please read carefully... these rules are in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for all.

- The club is run by volunteers. Before raising complaints, please consider asking how you can assist.
- Rude or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
- Enclosed footwear is mandatory at all times - no crocs or open-toed shoes.
- No alcohol, push bikes or open fires are permitted anywhere on the complex.
- Helmets must be worn and fastened at all times while on a motorbike - even when stationary or sitting.
- Motorbikes must be ridden at walking pace only in the pits and designated areas.
- Motorbikes are not allowed in the spectator area or on the concrete area past the sign-on shed.
- Juniors must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
- You must inform the club of any pre-existing medical conditions at sign-on.
- All bikes must remain in the complex at all times.
In addition to our general club rules are our race day rules:
- Children under 16 are not permitted on the dummy grid, start gates or track unless actively racing.
- All parents or mechanics entering the start area must be signed on and wearing a high visability vest.
- Nipper parents must move back to the spectator area when riding commences. If you wish to remain on the track, you must be signed on as a marshal and positioned at an official marshal point - no exceptions.
- Every rider must supply a marshal. Riders who do not meet this requirement will be withdrawn from the event and refused entry to future events - strictly no exceptions.
